In this expert session, we explore the deeper meaning of nourishment. Together with Mieke from Pure by Mie, we look beyond food as fuel into how nutrition truly impacts your body, your hormones, stress level and nervous system.

Mieke is a somatic (chronic) stress and trauma therapist, expert in naturopathic advice, and holistic coach. With her grounded and accessible approach, she will guide you through how nutrition can support your cycle (and menopause), how cravings arise, and how what you eat influences how you feel, physically and emotionally.

This is not about strict rules or changing everything overnight. It's about understanding what truly nourishes you, and taking small, meaningful steps that create lasting change.

This session is YOUR moment to better understand your body, and what truly nourishes it.
