7 GOLDEN RULES
- Use natural detergents (e.g. washing nuts) and skip fabric
softener, as it can leave residue and reduce absorbency or
grip. Try adding essential oils for a fresh scent instead. - Avoid overloading. Give your linen space in the wash to
ensure proper cleaning and prevent fiber compression. - 30-40°C (85-105°F) is warm enough. Wash on max 60°C to
preserve fabric integrity and prevent shrinkage. Unless your
product is cold hand-wash only. - Always respect the care instructions specific to each product.
- Give your linen a good shake before hanging or drying to
maintain softness and fluff. - Air-dry when possible or tumble dry on low heat to preserve
fluffiness and prevent fiber damage. - If ironing, use a low heat setting to protect the fabric’s fibers.
AYURVESTRA COLLECTION
- Machine wash & tumble dry safe. All bath, bed, and table
linens, yoga mats, and the outer pouch of the eye mask are
machine washable and tumble dryer-friendly. Do not wash or
heat the inner pouch of the eye mask (with tulsi seeds). - Use natural detergents. We recommend all-natural washing
powders and avoiding fabric softeners. - Wash at 60°C max to preserve the quality of your linens.
- Expect natural changes. Due to its fully natural composition,
the product’s hues may shift over time, especially with direct

SHAWLS
- Hand-wash only. Hand-wash your shawl in cold water to
preserve its delicate, handwoven fibre. - Use eco-friendly detergents. We always recommend using
eco-friendly washing powders. - Air dry. Let your scarf air dry naturally. Do not tumble dry.
- No ironing. Do not iron your shawl to maintain its perfect
