Not at all. All sessions are accessible to beginners. Our teachers can always offer variations so you can find what works for your body on that day.

Absolutely. We welcome people at all levels.

Most sessions run between 45 and 60 minutes. Experiences often run for 2 hours. You'll find the exact duration on each session's booking page.

Sessions are currently given in Dutch and English. Check the individual session page for language details.

Our communal space is available before and after sessions: a good moment to decompress or connect.

We believe that wellbeing practices can be deeply supportive, and we want to make sure your experience feels safe and right for you.

Some practices — such as intense breathwork — are not recommended in certain situations. If you have a mental health condition or are currently in treatment, we kindly ask you to let us know before booking. This allows us to suggest the most suitable session or offer alternatives that better match where you are right now.

We combine ancient practices, such as yoga, with science-based understanding, so every session has both depth and intention. And our lounge and shop make it a place to linger, not just pass through.

Yes, there are multiple car parkings at a 1 minute walk from Serene such as Parking Hopland and Parking Inno.

Yes. You can cancel and book another session via your account on the booking platform. The cancellation policy is shown per activity. Some experiences require a little more notice due to the preparation involved.

Yes. Please let your teacher know before the session so they can offer appropriate adaptations. When in doubt, reach out to us first.

Wear something comfortable you can move in. Handmade, natural Serene products are provided: yoga mat, blanket, eye mask and bolster. Tea and water are available after your session. Just bring yourself and an open mind.

Yes, we have a bathroom in the studio so you can arrive or leave feeling fresh.

A single session lets you try one session at a time. A pass gives you a bundle of sessions at a better rate, ideal if you want to make Serene part of your regular rhythm.

Yes, passes have a validity period. You'll find the expiry details on the pass page before you purchase.

Passes are personal and linked to your account. They cannot be shared or transferred. You can however book for multiple people via 1 account.

I didn’t exactly choose this path; it’s something that unfolded naturally. When I traveled to India for a yoga retreat, I began a new journey that led me to discover these incredible products and the art of natural dyeing. It felt like the right direction to take, so I decided to live in India for almost four years and work directly with these artisans.

In India, we collaborate with local artisans who weave the fabrics. These men and women bring years of experience to their craft, often passed down through generations. The stunning natural dyes are created by partners who have been perfecting their techniques for over 20 years.

Our collection came to life thanks to the cooperation of these talented individuals in India (and Belgium)—people who truly believe that beauty and sustainability go hand in hand. Together, we explore how to create products that honor nature’s gifts.

We believe that we, as humans, should help one another rise. Offering honest work to people in places with greater (economic) challenges is a beautiful way to make a difference. We are all part of this world, connected as one, responsible for each other’s growth.

Our mission is to create beautiful products that honor and protect nature. Nature is both where we come from and where we ultimately return, and its beauty is endless. Conventional cotton, on the other hand, takes from nature but then harms it with the use of chemicals and pesticides. This not only damages the environment but also poses risks to our health.

Organic cotton is different. It’s grown without chemicals or bleaching agents, making it a pure, sustainable product. By working with organic cotton, we can ensure that our products are as gentle on the earth as they are on the people who use them. For some collections, we also work with upcycled fabrics or pure wools, continuing our commitment to sustainability and reducing waste.

We color our products by blending herbs, flowers, berries, and oils from Ayurveda, an ancient Indian healing tradition often called ‘the mother of all healing.’ This natural process not only makes the products biodegradable but also gentler on the fibers, enhancing their durability. The result is a product that is luxurious and sustainable in every sense—both in how it’s made and how it lasts.

Yes, just like with any coloured products, the colours may fade over time. The rate of fading depends on how the products are treated. Sunlight can cause colours to fade faster, and heavy-duty washing detergents are harsh on both the fabric and the dye. To preserve the vibrancy, we always recommend using natural washing products. Since all of our products are handmade and naturally dyed, there may be slight variations in colour compared to the images online or even among products you’ve already received. Each piece is unique, and while we strive to maintain consistent colour schemes, we cannot guarantee an exact match.
