Serene is an all encompassing wellbeing studio: it's a place to be, to share, to learn, to land. You find weekly interactive sessions that support your wellbeing, a communal space to relax or enjoy a homemade tea or snack, and an eco-friendly shop with gorgeous non-toxic products.
Before or after your session, you can stay a while in our communal space to have a cup of tea, a fruit salad, or simply sit with a book and let the world slow down for a moment.
Explore the gorgeous handmade organic products in our shop: non-toxic, thoughtfully handmade and naturally tinted with spices, plants, herbs. We believe wholeheartedly in their benefit and therefor also use them in the sessions.

We recommend wearing comfortable clothing that allow you to move freely and feel at ease. For slower sessions (such as Gentle Flow), you may wish to bring an extra layer or warm socks to stay cosy throughout the experience. Everything else is provided for you.
