In our new 5 Elements Yoga we focus every week on a different element: earth, metal, water, wood and fire. The five elements reveal connections to the seasons, our bodies, and more. After finishing a sequence of five consecutive weekly classes you will have learned how to nourish your body full circle. You will gain insights into the five elements of nature, how they interact with our body, mind, and soul, as well as breathing exercises, meditation tools, and physical poses to release energy from the body.

We recommend to dress comfortably, create a space without interruptions and use fully natural yoga attributes during your practice, such as the all natural yoga mat, relaxing eye mask and organic blanket.
