During our new 5 Elements Yoga we focus every week on a different element: earth, metal, water, wood and fire. The five elements reveal connections to the seasons, our bodies, and more. After finishing this series you will have learned how to nourish your body full circle. You will gain insights into the five elements of nature, how they interact with our body, mind, and soul, as well as breathing exercises, meditation tools, and physical poses to release energy from the body.

Location & Parking:
De Serre – Broekdam-Noord 52, Kruibeke. Drive up the driveway (Bloemenpaleis Van Goeye), pass the hangar, until you reach De Serre. Street parking is also available at Broekdam-Noord.
This class takes place in a unique setting—De Serre, a beautiful greenhouse. As the space is directly connected to nature, we have to adjust to the weather. Dressing in layers is recommended to stay comfortable throughout the session.

- All essentials are provided: yoga mats, eye masks, blankets, and water.
- As the space is an actual greenhouse, dress in layers to adapt to temperature changes. A heater is available in winter, but we recommend bringing an extra layer for warmth.
